Access to your information and correction.
You have the right to request for the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information we hold about you, please contact us by sending us an email to SAR@sandjcompass.com. However, this will not prejudice the rights we owe to any third party. This means that we will not release any third party personal data pursuant to your data request, even if it is that of a next of kin. Such data will be withheld or censored.
We want to ensure that we have accurate personal information about you. It is your right to ask us to amend or remove any inaccurate personal information we have in records about you. To ensure that we hold correct personal information about you, kindly provide us with up to date personal information and also to update us on changes once it happens.
